This is a gentle way in to mindfulness. Over the 4 weeks we will look at some of the key themes of mindfulness and learn some key practices. The course can be taken to stand on its own or could provide a grounding before joining an 8 week mindfulness for stress course or a mindful self-compassion course.
Each session runs for 1 1/2 hours via Zoom with time to engage with themes, practise meditation and time for discussion. To get the most out of the course, it is recommended that you also practise the meditations during the week. Please allow 10-20 minutes per day for this. Audio recordings will be provided to support you with your home practice.
Cost £60 per person (online course) to be paid in full with registration.
