Welcome to Surrey Hills Mindfulness. We would like to extend a warm invitation to you to learn mindfulness with us. At the moment we are running a 4 week introductory course and the Mindful Self-Compassion programme. We are also offering regular half day online retreats.

Together we can explore the simple but profound art of of bringing kindly attention to our current experience using techniques that bring together the riches of ancient wisdom and the insights of neuro-science.
