Breathworks 8 week course
This group is for anyone suffering with pain, illness, fatigue, or any other long-term health condition. The award winning course was designed by Vidyamala Burch, based on 30 years experience of managing severe chronic pain with mindfulness. It teaches participants how to use mindfulness and compassion to manage pain, stress, illness, and to live a happier and more fulfilled life. The course has been scientifically researched and proven to be highly effective in dozens of published studies, yet the core of what it teaches is remarkably simple and timeless.
The course will be run by Claire Garthwaite with Diana Thornton for 8 weeks on Wednesday afternoons 2.30-5.00pm starting 12 January
