Half day online retreats
These are held throughout the year.
Join us on 11 December from 9.00am - 1.00pm for a chance to de-stress before Christmas. This online retreat will be run by Diana Thornton and Claire Garthwaite and will include mindfulness meditations, simple movement practices and self-compassion meditations together with seasonal poems and reflections. We will keep silence together on Zoom to have the chance to sink into the practices a little more deeply. This retreat is suitable for anyone who has done mindfulness before, either by attending an 8 week course or by having a regular online practice eg using a mindfulness app.

In-person retreat days are currently still on hold. If you have previously attended an 8 week course with Surrey Hills Mindfulness or with another mindfulness teacher you can attend a retreat day.
